Burgundy and Gold Elegance at Hibernian

Congratulations to Lauren and Andrew, who tied the knot this Saturday at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist and had their reception at Hibernian Hall. It was a beautiful evening, filled with romance and elegance. Lanterns hanging from the rotunda and a spectacular floral arrangement welcomed guests as they arrived. In the hall, gold Chivari chairs and gold crushed linen echoed the gilded accents in this historic space, and touches of burgundy and candlelight added to the warmth and ambiance in the room. Thank you to all of the wonderful vendors who made this night special: Branch Design Studio, inventivEnvironments, Scott Henderson Photography, Wingman Media Group, Cru Catering, 17 South Band, and Event Works Rentals.

Amazing Summer and Fall in Charleston

Wow! It has been an amazing summer in Charleston, and boy were we busy with some FANTASTIC couples, BEAUTIFUL venues, and AMAZING vendors! We even coordinated the College of Charleston School of the Arts fundraising gala, and it was an amazing October evening! Photos taken by King Street Studios will be posted soon!

Fall is here, and we Charlestonians are glad to see the cooler temperatures. No wonder October is the most popular wedding month in the Holy City! We are looking forward to events at Middleton Place, Magnolia Plantation, and Boone Hall this month--gorgeous plantation weddings in our queue! Congrats to Meg and Andrew!!

Congratulations to Meg and Andrew! What a perfect May evening for a sunset ceremony at the Mount Pleasant Waterfront Park followed by a fun reception in navy, white, and hot pink at The Lighthouse on Shem Creek! Andrew even surprised his lovely bride (and all of the guests) by singing "Grow Old with You" from The Wedding Singer! Way to go, AJ!

Laura and Sean are Married!

May 8th turned out to be the perfect day for Laura and Sean's wedding at the Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina. What a fantastic and FUN couple they are!! The weather was great--just a little windy--but the rain stayed away! The ceremony on the pier was lovely, accented by arrangements by Branch Design Studio. The couple had cocktails on the beach followed by dinner and dancing on the terrace, accompanied by music from Mike Bender with Jay Maxwell's Music by Request. Laura and Sean even cut their D'lish Dessert cupcake, topped with a sea turtle and a crab, with an actual pirate sword! I'm really excited to see Nathan Bell's shots from this one!

Congratulations to Lindsey and Andrew!!

What a beautiful day for Lindsey and Andrew's destination wedding yesterday! Tidewater Chapel and High Cotton were beautifully decorated in shades of yellows and whites by Whitney at Branch Design Studio, and Kate McKinley of Kate McKinley Photography spent the entire day with this group of 28, from brunch to the after-party at Market Street Saloon! I can't wait to see the photos of this fantastic group! Congrats to the newlyweds!

Congratulations to Stephen and Carol! What an amazing experience!! With grad school and law school in their present and near future, we jumped in and pulled this one off in three months! What a beautiful couple!
